Oh Em Gee!! I have been away from my blog for so long, just like three or four weeks but so not cool! Anyways, since I been BACK in the USA, ughhh it has felt so good. I am a Puerto Rican born and raised in New York so living in Korea for two years with my husband was SO different. We had to do it because my husband was a soldier but now that that stage of our lives are done with, we are trying to settle down here in the states and it has been a lot more complicated than expected.
Anyways, moving on!
Primer is what I wanted to talk about today. My favorite primer is E.L.F. primer. It last me forever but is still easy to scrub off at the end of my day. I have used other primers that are so hard to take off, and after scrubbing my face my eye lids still feel greasy, NOT a good feeling. Anyways I am a huge E.L.F. fan, 99 percent of their products are great quality and so freaking affordable. Why not? As a full time mom, this is all I can afford.
What's your favorite primer guys?

Checking out my local make up shops =]
I am so happy I am moving back home to South Florida but while I was here in South Korea, I checked out my local beauty shops and found a few great deals.
During the holidays I got a great deal from a store called Missha. I made my own make up palette for about $18 American dollars =] It was great! Came with 8 colors that I got to choose and a great case to come in.
This is just a quick look I came up with ONLY using this palette....
The eyeliner I got from the Face Shop and it is a Gel liner that I think works really good for about $8.00.

These are the colors that I chose, they had a really decent selcetion to choose from as well. My favorite being the second one on the bottem left, really cute Gold color that looks great on, and my least being the pink, I usually use it as a base color because it's so light.

When to go Brand Name
I am in no way, what so ever, a brand name girl, label girl, or what ever you want to call it, I am perfectly fine with shopping at stores like Ross & Marshals and saving myself a few bucks rather then going to spend my (and when I say mine, I mean my husbands) hard earned money, somewhere more expensive.
Instead of spending $80.00 on ONE clutch from Coach, I have no problem in taking those $80.00 and buying 5 clutches, a pair of jeans, and cute pair of pumps at Ross. =]
Which now leads me to......
Urban Decay's Naked Palette I hear is GREAT. Every one is raving about it and I am sure that it is great!
However, as a stay at home mom, I can't afford to spend 50 dollars on a make up product, (as much as I really really would love to).
I, in no way believe that E.L.F can even come close to Urban Decay's palette, but maybe this is a good alternative for us girls who just cant afford to spend that amount of money on one palette, or simply refuse to.
Urban Decay's Naked Palette, just checked their website, it's going for $48.00.
E.L.F.'s Neutral Beauty Book Palette, just purchased this at E.L.F, $5.00.
On a different note though, When it comes to my little girl, Name brand all the way. It truly is WORTH it when it comes to her safety and for the simple fact it's a trusted brand. I love Graco and will from now on make it a point to buy her and when I do decide to have more children, all Graco things for the simple fact that I beleive it truly is better. =] I have two strollers, one some weird brand name and one Graco, HOW I REGRET getting the non name brand..Stupid stroller can't even turn with out me bumping in to something. Same goes for diapers, you buy the off brand name one and you best believe your gonna get some leakage. =]

My First
Hey Guys! My very first blog so I am very excited. I really want my blog to be about all the things that I love in my life. I just became a mother to a gorgeous baby girl in December, so I want to post blogs of my gorgeous girl and the products I love to use for her, what helps me on an everyday bases with her. I am a stay at home mom so one of my favorite hobbies is cooking, I want to be able to share with all of you my recipes! I also have a new found love for make up. I will be blogging about all the make up products I love to use and as a stay at home mom, I unfortunately, as much as I would love to, can not afford make up products such as MAC and Urban Decay, so the products I use are affordable for the everyday mom that also need to spend money on diapers and such! I am really excited to do this with you guys!
